"So love who you are and believe in your dreams and make them become reality"- Heather Jelly
Hello everyone! My name is Heather Jelly and I am the owner and director of That's Dancing.
I started dancing at the age of 16 (NEVER TOO LATE), competing and then eventually teaching for studios in the surrounding area.
My passion, love and respect for dance is above and beyond anything I could ever have imagined. I am a firm believer that anyone can learn the art of dance if they are taught with passion, patience, and dedication!
I only ever dreamed of owning my own studio, but never thought that dream would become a reality. In 1997 That's Dancing became a second home to numerous young girls and boys of all ages. Our studio is a place where everyone feels welcome, respected and appreciated for who they are. We try to instill so many values (respect, confidence, patience, teamwork, dedication, friendship, time management, and love for the art of dance) while still learning grace, poise and technique.
After many years of teaching and continuing my training, my love for dance only grows stronger. I teach over 80% of the classes and enjoy every minute of it. I feel so blessed knowing that I can wake up every day and dance. My job is my heart and soul.
I can't begin to thank all of the dancers and parents who have continued to support me and what I love. Please do not stop believing in what I do, because I know I will never stop believing that we, at That's Dancing can change your heart forever!
So love who you are and believe in your dreams and make them become reality. Follow your heart, have passion and strength for what you believe in, and remember your never too old to start!
I would like to take this time to thank my amazing family for all their love and support throughout my journey. You are my strength and I love you all so much!
